PRIVACY POLICY

The following EKORR Privacy Policy applies to "cookies" files used on the ekorr.pl website. It describes the types of files and explains what they are used for.

1. The Service does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookie files.

2. Cookie files (so-called "cookies") are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the Service User and are intended for using the Service's websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time of their storage on the end device and a unique number.

3. The entity that places cookies on the Service User's end device and obtains access to them is EKORR Rybiccy Sp. J. with its registered office in Warsaw, 02-237 ul. Instalatorów 23.

4. Cookies are used for the purpose of:

adapting the content of the Service's web pages to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the web pages; in particular, these files allow the Service User's device to be recognized and the web page to be properly displayed, adjusted to their individual needs;
creating statistics that help understand how the Service Users use the web pages, which allows their structure and content to be improved;
maintaining the Service User's session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter their login and password on each subpage of the Service.

5. The Service uses two basic types of cookies: "session" (session cookies) and "persistent" (persistent cookies). "Session" cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until logging out, leaving the website or disabling the software (web browser). "Persistent" cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

6.The following types of cookies are used within the Service:

"essential" cookies, enabling the use of services available within the Service, e.g. authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication within the Service;
cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect abuses in the scope of authentication within the Service;
"performance" cookies, enabling the collection of information on the manner of using the Service's web pages;
"functional" cookies, enabling the "remembering" of settings selected by the User and personalizing the User's interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the User comes, font size, appearance of the website, etc.;
"advertising" cookies, enabling the provision of advertising content to the User that is more tailored to their interests.

7.In many cases, software used to browse websites (internet browser) by default allows cookies to be stored on the User's end device. Users of the Service may change the settings concerning cookies at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about each time they are placed on the Service User's device. 8.EKORR informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Service's websites.

9.Cookies placed on the Service User's end device and may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with EKORR.
